Job Description:

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer (Work From Home) and goal of this position is to create key automation of back-office workflows and integrations at (ISC)². The incumbent will be devising the solutions to reduce clicks, errors, and time needed for an increasing number of processes. This role will require the ability of working with stakeholders inside and outside the department on regular basis.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for

  • Providing configuration, guidance, and administrative assistance
  • Assisting with the Administration and Maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform including the support of Platform improvements
  • Compliance with reported Customer Incidents and Requests and escalation of support issues to ServiceNow
  • Working with key business stakeholders to identify needs and gaps
  • Supporting the ServiceNow platform capabilities by developing an engaging experience for end users and a holistic source of information
  • Ability to Configure, test, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and SaaS platforms
  • Creating the knowledge articles, guided tours, and performing the other similar jobs
  • Demonstrating success of automation activities by designing and developing the dashboards and reports for KPI’s
  • Reviewing the available solutions for opportunities and platform maintainability, optimizing out of box best practices
  • Maintaining and keeping the Document processes, systems, solutions, and topologies within the automation AOR
  • Any other duties as assigned by the senior management

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from an accredited institute


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Required Experience

  • 2+ years configuring and administering within ServiceNow
  • Strong experience scripting with JavaScript and AngularJS required
  • Foundational understanding of ITIL concepts; ITIL certification preferred
  • Understanding of building ServiceNow integrations concepts, such as REST preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred; Additional ServiceNow Development Certifications

Other Requirements

  • 5-10% travel may be required
  • Work normal business hours and extended hours
  • Often standing or sitting, remain in a stationary position, for longer periods
  • Regular use of a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer mouse, keyboard, and other computer components
