We are looking for the QA Specialist, Client Focus, who acts as a quality liaison to assist with customer relationships of Contract Manufacturing Client accounts, with the target of maximizing client service and satisfaction and following internal processes, and utilizing internal systems. The successful candidate should have a full understanding of specific client quality issues as they arise and serves as the lead in quality conversations with clients to ensure timely response and collaboration amongst internal and external involved groups. The scope of the position covers the following major areas

1) Quality Relationship management (internal and external teams)

2) High Impact Investigation Managing

3) Making Quality Decisions with the Client to ensure Compliance and Quality

To act as the primary quality liaison between Renaissance and the external client’s quality team; maintaining an understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; ensuring that appropriate focus is given to a client situation within Renaissance when there are other key initiatives in progress.

Job Responsibilities 

Organizes and manages client site visits when clients are on-site for Quality issues.

Establish Quality KPI scorecards and management systems for clients

Reviews Quality KPIs at periodic meetings with clients

Ensures that required technical information is being exchanged appropriately between organizations to ensure timely decision-making and path forward for impactful deviations.

Identifies key client quality issues and ensures appropriate engagement of internal stakeholders.

Assure they are proper training in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and department-specific requirements.

Provide guidance as requested regarding hiring, training, and disciplinary issues for technical personnel.

Supporting writes approve investigations as needed.

Required Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Experience 

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a technical, operational, or QA role.
